The Chonzer is a charming hybrid that blends the Bichon Frise’s cheerful, companion‑oriented nature with the Miniature Schnauzer’s alert, loyal temperament, creating a small dog with a big personality. Our Chonzers stand 8–12 inches tall and weigh 9-15 pounds. This gives them a sturdy, compact build suited for families, singles, and apartment living. Their coats can be wavy or curly. Often starting in white or cream shades as puppies and becoming more Cream, Apricot highlights or Tan as they age.
Temperamentally, Chonzers are known for being affectionate, gentle, and deeply devoted, often following their people from room to room like a shadow. They tend to be social, playful, and protective without being overly demanding. Thanks to both parent breeds, they are typically non‑shedding and hypoallergenic, making them a strong option for allergy‑sensitive households.
Their exercise needs are moderate.Daily walks and interactive play keep them happy. While grooming varies depending on coat texture but remains relatively manageable.
