When I first heard the word Schnoodle, I too said What is a Schnoodle? When I first started breeding this cross, however, I was hooked. They have all the wonderful qualities I love from both breeds. The Poodle and Schnauzer both have consistent loving personalities.
To learn more about personality please head on over to our ‘Personality’ page. We make sure to breed similar sized parents to insure we get a well-proportioned, balanced puppy every time. We want our puppies to have a well-balanced face and body. Also, we want the weights to be consistent. All these things are important parts of producing a well-rounded dog. Our puppies all share a similar look for this reason. Some may take after the Poodle more with a leaner body and a curlier coat. While others may take more after the Schnauzer by having a stockier look and a straighter but still soft coat. To learn about the coat of these two breeds and the coat of the Schnoodle please visit our ‘Coats’ page.
